Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Wholish iOS application provided by Dvain Solutions.

1. Using Wholish

You may use Wholish for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

2. Product information and scores

Product information is obtained primarily from Open Food Facts and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Wholish scores and explanations are app-generated heuristics based on the available data and the preferences you select. They are not clinical findings, nutritionist recommendations, or regulatory classifications.

Always verify ingredients, nutrition facts, preparation instructions, warnings, and allergen statements on the physical package. Manufacturers can change products without notice. Seek qualified professional advice for medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, eating disorders, or other health concerns.

3. Subscriptions

Wholish may require an auto-renewable subscription for access. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any introductory trial are shown before purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Deleting Wholish does not cancel an active subscription.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies. You can use Restore Purchases when supported to recover eligible access.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wholish. Product lookup depends on internet access and third-party services that may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Intellectual property

Wholish, its original interface, branding, and app-generated materials belong to Dvain Solutions or its licensors. Third-party product names, images, trademarks, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholish is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Dvain Solutions is not liable for decisions made using product data or scores, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Termination

You may stop using Wholish at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or service integrity. Subscription cancellation remains subject to Apple’s subscription process.

8. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
